This policy explains what the Dead Bread Telegram bot (“the Bot”) collects, how it is used, and who can see it. The Bot is operated privately by the operator. By using the Bot or participating in a chat where it is present, you agree to this policy.
The Bot uses this data only to provide its features: meeting notes and summaries, voice memos, reminders, answering questions from saved notes, and turning requests into structured request cards. It is not sold or used for advertising.
To generate summaries, classifications, answers, and request questions, message content may be sent to a third-party AI inference provider (an OpenAI-compatible LLM API) for processing. Voice transcription is performed using automatic speech-recognition software. These providers process the content to return a result; the operator does not control their independent data practices.
Collected data (logs, memos, reminders, request cards) is stored locally on the operator’s system and retained until the operator deletes it. There is no public database.
Only the Bot’s operator and authorized co-owners can access the data the Bot collects and the records it generates.
You can stop sharing data by not messaging the Bot or by leaving chats where it is present. To request deletion of data about you, contact the operator at michael129gman@gmail.com.
The Bot is not intended for use by anyone under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
This policy may be updated; the “Effective date” above reflects the latest version.
